TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion commences at 7:00am AEST on Wednesday 17 June 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on Wednesday 15 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside this period are not valid.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.

Immediate family includes spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or grandparent.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, customers must:

(a) Place and fully pay for an eligible order during the Promotion Period; and

(b) Spend a minimum of $250 (including GST) on a single transaction.

(c) Provide their full name, telephone number and email address with the order. 

Orders may be placed via:

• Online store

• Telephone orders

• In-store purchases at our Caboolture store location

• Any direct sales channel operated by the Promoter

No separate entry form is required.

5. ENTRY STRUCTURE

One (1) entry is awarded for every complete $250 spent on a single eligible order.

Examples:

• $250–$499.99 = 1 entry
• $500–$749.99 = 2 entries
• $750–$999.99 = 3 entries

Each order is assessed individually.

Orders cannot be combined to increase entry allocation.

There is no limit to total entries per customer provided each entry is earned through separate eligible orders.

6. ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS

Eligible transactions must be:

• Fully paid within the Promotion Period

• Completed purchases of goods or services supplied by the Promoter

Excluded transactions:

• Freight-only charges

• Refunds or credits

• Cancelled orders

• Returned goods

• Staff purchases

• Fraudulent or non-genuine transactions

If an order is refunded, cancelled, or adjusted below the qualifying threshold, associated entries are void.

The Promoter reserves the right to audit transaction records to verify eligibility.

7. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize available.

The winner will receive one (1) Accor gift card to the value of $1,500 AUD.

Total prize value is $1,500 AUD (including GST).

7.1 PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize:

• Is not transferable to another person
• Is not exchangeable for an alternative prize
• Is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law
• Must be accepted as awarded
• Is subject to Accor's gift card terms and conditions, available at accor.com

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the gift card once it has been dispatched to the winner.

7.2 GIFT CARD DELIVERY

The gift card will be made available for collection in person at the Promoter's premises (29–31 Beachmere Rd, Caboolture QLD 4510) within 14 business days of the winner being verified and confirmed. 

The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification (such as a driver's licence or passport) at the time of collection. 

The name on the ID must match the details provided at the time of entry. If the winner is unable to collect in person, an alternative delivery method may be arranged at the Promoter's discretion.

The Promoter is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

7.3 GIFT CARD VALIDITY

The Accor gift card is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Accor's standard gift card terms.

The gift card may be used at participating Accor properties across Australia. A list of participating properties is available at accor.com.

Any unused balance remaining after the validity period will be forfeited.

7.4 EXCLUSIONS

The prize does not include:

• Travel or transport to or from any property
• Airfares or fuel costs
• Meals or beverages (unless included in a booking made using the gift card)
• Travel insurance
• Activities or attractions
• Parking or incidentals
• Any other costs not covered by the gift card balance

8. PRIZE DRAW

The draw will take place at the Promoter's premises on Wednesday 22 July 2026 at 12:00pm AEST. 

One (1) valid entry will be selected at random using a computer-generated draw process. 

An independent witness will be present at the draw. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted within two (2) business days via phone and/or email.

If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first contact attempt, a redraw may occur.

10. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

If the prize is unclaimed within 30 days of the winner being notified, a redraw will occur on Monday 17 August 2026.

11. VERIFICATION

The Promoter may request that the winner provide a copy of valid government-issued photo identification (such as a driver's licence or passport), proof of purchase, and proof of age confirming the winner is 18 years or over.

The winner must be able to demonstrate that the details on their identification match the details provided at the time of entry. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within five (5) business days of being requested may result in disqualification and a redraw.

The Promoter may audit transactions and disqualify entries that cannot be verified.

12. DISQUALIFICATION

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false or misleading information, engages in fraud, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a way that may damage the Promoter's reputation.

13. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at fenceworld.com.au/privacy-policy.

Data collected may be used for administering the promotion, contacting entrants, verifying entries and identity, and marketing communications where the entrant has provided separate and explicit consent.

Personal identification documents provided for verification purposes will be stored securely and destroyed once verification is complete. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

14. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for technical errors, entry delays or failures, gift card delivery issues caused by third parties, or loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights the entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

If the promotion or prize is affected by events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may amend or cancel the promotion subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

16. FACEBOOK/META DISCLAIMER

TThis promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Meta from all liability associated with this promotion.

17. GENERAL

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify entries

• Disqualify invalid entries

• Amend or cancel the promotion where necessary

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

18. PROMOTER’S DECISION

The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. PERMITS

Where required by law, this promotion will be conducted under applicable trade promotion lottery regulations.
