    Easy Mix Rapid Set Concrete

Easy Mix Rapid Set Concrete is a pre-mixed, fast-setting concrete ideal for quick installations and repairs. Each 20kg bag contains accurately weighed Portland cement, graded coarse and fine aggregates, and quality admixtures, including a non-chloride accelerator to ensure rapid setting.

    Key Features:

    • Initial Set Time: Approximately 15 minutes.
    • Application Readiness: Allows nailing of rails and palings 6 hours after placement.
    • Suggested Uses: Suitable for pergola posts, fence posts, letterboxes, clotheslines, swings, garden lights, and playground equipment.

    Application Methods:

    1. Dry Method:
      • Prepare the post hole and position the post.
      • Thoroughly wet the hole.
      • Pour the dry Rapid Set Concrete into the hole around the post without mixing.
      • Add approximately 2 liters of water per 20kg bag on top of the concrete.
      • Allow to cure for at least 2 hours before proceeding.

    2. Wet Method (for greater compressive strength):
      • Mix the concrete with water before placing it into the hole.
      • This method provides higher compressive strength compared to the dry method.

    Coverage Rates:

    • Each 20kg bag yields approximately 0.01 cubic meters of concrete.
    • For post holes, it's recommended to use approximately two 20kg bags per hole.

    Storage:

    • Store in a dry place, off the ground, with bags sealed.
    • Under proper conditions, the product will keep for up to six months.
